Since impetuous LI shred similarily armed non-impetuous LI, what do people do to
counter Irregular LI?

1. Light Cavalry!

2. Run your REG LI with something the IRR LI can't charge, then charge him with
your LI. He will only be able to counter-charge, and not be impetuous, evening
the score in H-to-H.

3. Use superior numbers (REG LI tends to end up being cheaper) to have better
charge angles, cancelled charges, unease due to being flanked, etc ...

Probably any other number of good things, these are just a few.
