Jon
Your answer to the rout/exhaustion move question leads me to a
follow up question:
I have an opponent with thirteen fatigue whom I beat in close
combat. He routs, moves his notional 1 pace, and the evaporates.
The pursuit rule states that a unit may (or must) pursue routing
enemies. So, may (or must) the unit that routed the evaporating
unit make a pursuit move?
On a completely different note on adding up fractions of ranks for
various things. If a unit counts ranks after the first at half, do
you add up all the appropriate ranks and then halve them and round
up where neccessary, or halve each rank, round up, and then add them?
Thanks
Cole

No, I am changing my answer (see other emails). He makes the rout move,
receives the fatigue and then is destroyed.

Destroyed, you mean. Yes, he makes a pursuit move.
