In the Late period you can replace LTS with P.
The Heeban have LTS,Sh but I don't think they kept the Sh when turned
into pikemen.

Please read the list more carefully. The *Heerban* are Irr with no
option to upgrade to Reg. The ability to replace LTS with P is
limited only to Reg troops. Thus, no change to the Heerban is needed.
