I am speaking as Chief Warrior Poobah for NASAMW:

There has been no change in policy regarding list usage at NASAMW events at Cold
Wars, Hcon, or Fall In. The only lists allowed are

1) Old and New WRG lists and Book of Hosts lists that have not been superceded
by FHE lists. In this instance, those would be lists contained in Holy Warrior
and Dark Age Warrior. The supercession list can be found at
www.fourhorsemenenterprises.com.

2) Paul Georgian's original Nikephorian Byzantine list from Spearpoint.

That's it. No other lists allowed. With the publication of Holy Warrior later
this year, Paul's old Nike Byz list will also be "superceded".

Scott
Chief Umpire for Warrior

Ah ha, now I understand one facet of what Harlan was talking about.

If a tournament is NASAMW sponsored or related, then the superceded lists
are not useable.
And to make it to the NICT finals at Historicon, you have to win a regional
NASAMW games with six or more members.

Is this correct? I do not know ins and outs of the whole Tourney circuit.
