Questions: Looking at definition of missile troops (2.23), I am wondering about
HCh crew in which only one of two has a missile weapon and other has melee
weapon (LTS for example). Do they still count as missile troops, particularly
with regards to free initial charge under attack orders?

Yes.

I know that folks keep asking me for an 'explanation' every time I answer a
rules question, but I just don't have the time at the moment - can I buy you a
