Howdy -- I own a copy of the Warrior rules, have read them several
times, and have (with one week's worth or so of notable exception)
lurked on this list off and on for some time, but I have yet to ever
play Warrior with someone -- nobody seems to play it in my area
(Seattle), and I've not found it terribly fun to teach myself how
the game really works from scratch.
So ... since I'll be attending Historicon, I was wondering --
hoping, really -- that there is some form of newbie-intro game
planned or plannable. I already own sufficient minis for a Fast
Warrior game (my 15mm DBM Later Hebrews map pretty well to at least
a FW list, if not a full-sized one), so no minis would be needed ...
just an experienced player who is feeling patient, or an official
event type of thingy.
Thoughts?

Ed Bernhard will be running a totally intro-level FW "tournament" one day, no
armies needed. It's designed exactly for what Jeff asks for here. Another day,
he'll be running a 25mm generic scenario game, again, intro level. I'll get
scheduling details onto this list later today.
