I'm getting membership status info on the following list of people who have, to
date, qualified to participate in the NICT. I only want to snail mail them an
invite letter if I have to so help me. If anybody here has an email addy that
you know about, send it to me. Assuming they don't subscribe to this list.
Please forward if you can.

The NICT is a 25mm only event. You will compose 1, lemme repeat that, ONE, army
list, 1600 points. You can exceed 1600 points by the amount of your least
expensive element BUT, note that the amount exceeded over 1600 gets to count
toward your opponent's score. For example, if your list totals 1609 and your
opponent 1602, he gets 7 points added to his score when you calculate at the end
of the game. Not much, I know but I bet it'll make a difference in at least one
game.

Army lists can be from new/old WRG, NASAMW, Book of Hosts that have NOT been
superceded by FHE lists. Obviously all FHE lists are allowed and this includes
Feudal Warrior. Note that the lists being replaced by Feudal Warrior will be
allowed since I can't guarantee when everybody physically picks up a copy of the
book much less revampt their existing lead collection.

We will start play Saturday at 9am, as always. Rounds will be 4 hours in length
and, as always, play will cease at that time limit regardless of where you are
in the bound. I'm prepared to be *slightly* flexible on that but only slightly
and maybe not at all:) For instance, if you're in the middle of H-T-H, I
might let you *quickly* finish up the current melee and any associated melee
tests but that's about as far as it goes.

3 rounds on Saturday, there will be a cut and I can guarantee at least 4 players
will be playing Sunday morning at 9am. I expect everybody else to be playing in
the Fast Warrior Theme.

First round opponents will be selected before your very eyes. Be ready to start
at 8:50am Saturday morning. I'm going to literally draw your cards out of a box
in front of your very eyes and that's who will be paired. No exceptions this
time around. If you get paired in the first round with your good buddy who you
play 35 times a year, you'll now be playing 36 times a year:):)

SEND YOUR LIST TO ME NLT 11 JULY 2003. Also, PLEASE RESPOND ASAP TO THIS EMAIL
STATING YOUR INTENTION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NICT EVEN IF YOU'VE ALREADY EMAILED
SOMETHING TO THAT EFFECT. It's really really really important I get a good head
count in advance.
