Anyone up for a game this Sat? I could drive out to southern Conn.

Sorry to everyone else, buy I can't seem to find my address book.

I live in central Connecticut, and would love to get a game in
whenever I can get a chance, but I have too many family commitments
with the upcoming holiday weekend. And Jake mentioned the possibility
of gaming at his place on July 10th - is that still going to happen?
I'd have a tough time with the wife and kids if I went out gaming two
weekends in a row.

But if you are local to Connecticut, pass a message on to me any time
you're looking for an opponent (of course, I'm very much a newcomer,
but I hope that I'm doing a good job of quickly picking up the game.)

Still hoping to get some gaming in on July 10 in central CT. Anybody else
interested? Start about 9 AM and quit whenever, 1600 points of 25mm.

Yo Jake!
I am still hoping to get there. Unfortunately, I never know til the last minute
if I can. I know that I can't stay for the day, hoping to get at least one game
in. I don't think I can make it to H-Con.
Bill L. Sorry this weekend is really bad. But thanks for the offer.

Hi Ed:

What about Matt? - I'd like to play him again in a full game, rather
than the Fast Warrior match we played at AirConn. I think I'm a bit
more knowledgable about the rules and tactics now. Especially after
taking my lumps a couple of weeks ago at Jake's against Tim and Ed.

YO Peter!
Good to hear from you.
I don't yet if I or Matt can make it. He is trying to go to H-Con and probably
can't do both.We are working on my son-in-law, to get him interested in Warrior.
He went to H-con last year with matt and had a good time. He played some Fast
Warrior. I am just trying to get to Jake's and that is a real problem.
Let you know more as the week progresses.
thanks.
Ed.

I'd love to go to H-Con myself, but unfortunately, I just recently
got into Warrior. By the time that I discovered the existence of H-
Con, and had enough exposure to Warrior to realise that I wanted to
pursue it, I had already made commitments at work and scheduled my
family vacation. Next year I will know better, and make sure that I
work my schedule around the event.

He went to H-con last year with matt and had a good time. He played
some Fast Warrior.

I'm working on my brother also. Actually, he's probably going to be
an easy target. He has a master's in history, and is always devouring
military history books on the era Warrior covers. He used to enjoy
board wargames with me back in that era in the 70's and 80's, and
used to play computer wargames until they got rid of turn-based games
in favor of real-time point and shoot click fests. In my discussions
with him, he appears to be ready for miniature gaming. He tells me
that he is going to pick up a copy of the rules and start reading. I
tried to get him to come over to Jake's, but his wife refuses to give
up their Arruba vacation.

>I am just trying to get to Jake's and that is a real problem.

Hope to see you.

Peter
