Just wanted to let everyone know that I just put the Official Warrior FAQ up
on the Warlords website.

http://members.toast.net/jab/

It's now on the Yahoo files section AND the Warlords site. I don't think it
was posted to the Warrior website yet though (?)

I am still looking for more Warrior conntent to put up as well.

I don't see it. Don't see the "frames menu" either, even after I "click here."

Are you using Netscape? Netscape users somtimes have trouble viewing my site
:(

Anyway...you do not need to see the frame menu to find the FAQ onmy site.
Click the "Games & Rules" link, then the "Ancients" link. That takes you to
the FAQ as well as other "ancients" files.

If you still can't find it remember you can get the FAQ off the files
section of the Yahoo group, or the Warrior website (?) as well.

Found it.

Presumably this question refers to one of the figures, which ought to
be stated:

Q: Suppose X made contact on the corner of A exactly at the center of
X (i.e. on the inner corners of the two elements). Would the player
then have the option of pivoting into contact with his choice of the
front or flank of A? The rules do not require the pivot to be in the
direction which requires the least amount of movement to achieve
edge-to-edge contact.

yup. Trash that satanic Microsh*t software.

I won't give the data required to join the Yahoo thing. If you read
their policies completely, you will discover that you are giving them
permission to track you all over the net. They will compile data
about your use of any site that is "affiliated" with Yahoo, and there
are a hell of a lot of them.

Don't think that they can't do it unless you provide your email
address to each particular web site. I went to a newspaper site in
Pakistan & got popups targeted to within 20 miles of where I live.

I discovered that the dialup locations (servers) are all openly
identified as to their geographic location. This pinpoints the user
as close as his (presumed to be) local phone exchanges. Then with
the "profile" data you gave to Yahoo, they can use data-mining
techniques to figure out that it is probably "you" cruising a
particular web site.
