Four Horsemen,
While checking out the 2/21/01 manual, I noticed what I perceived as a
few typos/omissions.
Page 4, Paragraph 3, Emerging.
"end its movement with its front rank no longer in the terrain feature."
Did you mean the whole front rank element?  If the terrain is wavy and not
linear, then does every front element have to be wholly out of the terrain
feature?  This would also mean that cavalry can never emerge as it is 30mm
deep and moves only an inch.

Page 4 Paragraph 5 and 6
For setting definitions for Known, you have bullet points as to what
is "known."  This seems to be an OR condition, any of these conditions
constitutes an enemy body being known.  But in Page 4 paragraph 6,
"Prolonging the front"  the same bullet points seem to be an AND condition,
that both must be true to count as Prolonging the front.

Page 12, section 2.53.
paragraph 2.  I think you need to put in an exception for elephants.
Especially since you have an example with Khmer line infantry, which I
believe are regular LHI.

Phil

In Section 9.22, "Ranks after the first" (JUS),  did you intentionally leave out elephants as a front rank that JLS can fight over?

Haven't touched 9.22 (or any rule greater than 6.0) in months. Will look at
all of that eventually.

>Or 7.5, or 7.4, and so on. Please remember that the only models that can be
"fought over" are chariots.

Actually, yes we did, but I can't recall when it came up last.
