Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

Version 1.1 (currently being posted) seems stable/final from my
perspective as it reflects all comments and revisions received.
This version corrects and clarifies the Terrain Chart and includes
some cosmetic changes to the Reference Sheet. I don't expect to
make any changes unless points of error or confusion arise.

Further revisions for substance and usability will doubtless be made
as FHE adapts this for the forthcoming revised rulebook, so feedback
will continue to be valuable in making this useful both as a
learning aid for newer players (including myself) and a quick
reference for experienced ones.

I used the Bell font as it is one of the most readable for its
size. It blows up nicely onto larger paper or cardstock.
