Note that typically, roman infantry units cannot mix morale classes. So, if
your legion is Reg D, it is entirely Reg D...which, actually, is just
fine...as long as they have Dart. 24 man Reg D MI HTW,JLS,D,Sh units at 130
points are fine....as long as most opponents don't have super heavy knights
. I would not add a rank of legionary archers...nor would I put archers as
a third rank of auxilia. I'd use my 24 man reg D legions...and 8 man LHI Reg
B auxilia, and 24 man Reg C auxilia archers (LMI)...plus mounted support,
for a LIR army...trying to get solid LC and LI to win the light war,
positioning my legionaries and auxilia to win the shooting war...with
cavalry as finishers.
This is problematic against very heavily armored lancers...especially if
such are well supported. Such is the life of a Roman army .

Todd,
Looks pretty solid. I like the Reg D infantry but would consider
upgrading
1 element to "C" class for a total of 4 points per unit. That way you won't
have
to worry about waiver tests if you have to prompt them to charge when your
orders aren't attack or if it's after their first charge is used up.
