Hello,
If an artillery piece has some of its crew-members replaced by
labourers pulling ropes, how many figures count for firing/fighting
H-t-H?

Also, how are the labourers based?

Thanks, Steve.

Each group of three labourers is equal to one crew figure.

If you need more room to fit labourers, make the base deeper. Is that what you
were asking?

No Jon,
What I'd like to know is how many figures count for firing/H-t-H etc.

e.g. If a 6 figure crew has 12 rope-pullers and 2 remaining crew
does it fire as 4 figures with artillery factors? Also would it
fight as just 2 figures in H-t-H?

Thanks Steve

nothing about the rope-pullers changes crew number for shooting or fighting. 2
crew and 12 rope-pullers is 6 crew for both.

substituting 3 rope-pullers for a crew is PURELY aesthetic. the arty has only
the crew paid for for fighting and shooting.
