5.31 Fatigued: Continued Charge or Pursuit-- 1 FP cost

Is this cost for the same or either?

For example, a unit charges, breaks opponents on contact, and then is in
pursuit. Does the unit take the additional FP cost?

Continued charge or pursuit is pursuing or charging again on the next bound - so
never more than 1FP from this in a bound.
