 |
|
Jon,
Two issues on interpenetration:
1. 6.52 Interpenetration allows a voluntary interpenetration directly to their
front or rear. Could you expand on this please.
a. If LI has a block of foot directly to the rear ( or front ) of the LI, but
the block has its flank facing toward the LI (facing 90d away from the LI), may
the LI interpenetrate? In other words, does the relative facing of the 2 units
involved matter in allowing the interpenetrating?
b. Bursting-through by routers: Routers turn about and move directly to the rear
and are blocked by friendly troops. Does the relative facing of the 2 units
involved, as above, matter being able to carry out the bursting-through?
Thanks,
Ed

Yes.

Just the guy moving. You can't interpenetrate to your own 'side'.
<<b. Bursting-through by routers: Routers turn about and move directly to the

Same answer.
