Jon,

i think i missed a thread on evaders not being able to evade towards an
enemy.

could you clarify this again (sorry)?

could we have it added to the relevant section of the rules (evades etc)?

is it any enemy at any distance?

it forces a waver test?

I don't remember one, nor is that a rule. It is a rule that an evader
cannot evade towards the charger:

"6.166 (pg 44) Add to end of third paragraph under Evade Move: “An evading
body may not evade to its rear in such a manner as to move closer to a charger.


But it is possible for an evader to move closer to another enemy body.
