You would have to work your ass off to AVOID having a perfect record with Han
vs. Burmese!

Dissatisfied that WRG had stopped supporting 7th and without the time to make
my own rules, I played DBM from 94-97 - winning the DBM Theme at Cold Wars in
97 (and almost pulling off the NICT as a fill-in..) before my tour in Europe
took me away from Ancients altogether for two years.
When Scott told me the 7th engine might be available back in the spring of
99, I was ready to jump back in. After the Yugo War, of course...

I have not played any other ancients game since the formation of FHE, and
will not.

Jon

I have blocked Kelly's email from my address (any wonder why?) but I must say,
since a good friend read me his latest, that apparently he claims to have beaten
me more than once. There was one - a very memorable loss by my then recently
acquired Midianties (which I did buy from him since he couldn't win with
them...) against his Burmese, which my Han (and others) have a perfect record
against. Not planning any mails in this thread beyond this one, but the
falsehoods were so egregious that I thought something should be said.

Kelly did beat me a few times in DBM, which I am sure is what he is actually
remembering. I am not ashamed to wish that was his preferred game system....

:) symbols do not make a lie true or funny; they have another purpose

Jon is an excellent DBM player. He and a friend of ours played quite a lot here
in KC and as I recalled he even took first back East at Cold Wars. Jon, Was that
the one you and I attended together?
