Any confusion as to how the List Rule is applied to JLS-armed Exp Phalanx can be
cleared up by checking the army list. It is pretty rigid in what can be taken
as Exp Phalanx, and limits its composition to one rank of JLS-armed per 2 ranks
of P-armed. You can't get cumulative bonuses for multiple ranks of JLS-armed.
