The NASAMW site has the updated Theme armies. Nothing really of note other than Post-Mongol Russians are back in. 
Please keep monitoring this topic as several things currently developing could force major, negative, impacts on *all* tourney gaming at Hcon this year. Hopefully not but I'm not feeling warm and fuzzy about how things are developing. I'd say more but for now but need to see about a few other things. As soon as I hear something, I'll let everybody know.
