Two questions:
1--Line 14 allows Latin Spearmen to be upgraded to Hoplites, but the Greek infantry rules omits list 20 as benefiting from the special Greek infantry rules. Oversight?
2--The list rules regarding anti-elephant wagons states wagons are "treated as artillery when being shot at or fired against". My question is can the wagons approach and then fire in both prep and support phases? It seems wagons are like missile-armed troops in this regard but I want to make sure.
Thanks,

1) The "hoplite" rules don't apply. We were very restrictive as to who got these. A lot of discussion went into how "hoplitey" the Italian peninsula formations really got. In the end, we decided not enough to push them over into being "true" hoplites in the List Rule sense.
2) Yes, they can approach, fire in prep and support.

Thanks and sorry Scott, one more.
Are crew factors for wagons doubled for shooting out to max range? ie, a crew of 4 shoots as 8 out to 80 paces (since it is regarded as an organ gun per list rule).
