Hi, I've just come to this forum and this is the first I've heared of the "new" rules.
Are these just the original rules with the clarifications added or are there more fundamental changes? |

Essentially the latter. The game engine and basic mechanics have not changed. _________________ -Greek |

Sorry. I meant to say the former. This will be a new BOOK with all the clarifications that have been posted here for some time included. It is NOT a new SET of RULES. Just an updated edition with greatly improved binding, appearance, etc. Serves me right for jumping in to get your question order backwards, but seeing the age of your post, I didn't want you to have to fret all weekend! Again, not to worry. The game has not changed in any significant way, and as i understand it, not really at all if you've kept up with the official FHE clarifications. Get the new book. It is supposed to be a real work of art and much more durable. _________________ -Greek |

Read and keep an eye on the FHE announcements topic to stay up with the delivery of the revised rulebook.
