I have started to look at this list. Matt tells me to go with the Batavian Revolt troops.
I remember back with TOG. If I took the Batavians the CNC had to be Roman Civilis. The new list has him as an Ally General.
The questions is : Can I make him the CNC or do I go with and Early German CNC and have him as an Ally Gen.
Obiviously, I would like to make him the CNC. But What is the verdict.????

If you take Bavarian revolt troops, they must be commanded by the Roman Ally General, and he cannot be CinC.

Don't take them...read the notes for why .
