Are the Roman infantry (Triarii, Hastaii and Princioes.) in the Polybian list able to use the FULCUM formation?Thank you

Fulcum is not useable by the earlier Roman infantry in the Classical Warrior books.

I thought I'd answered this but clearly not.

David: what led you to believe that a Poly list would have such a rule? It's not listed in the front of CW. It's not cross referenced there to lists contained in CW.
