OK, if this is an old one I apologize. It came up in a game last night.
A unit of LC was shot for about 5 CPF's by some LI, then was charged by some EHC and evaded. The next bound, it was charged by the LI and evaded again. SInce it evaded/recalled instead of testing from the shooting and failed to complete its rally before moving again, should it have made a waver test when it evaded from the LI ? I thought so, my opponent thought otherwise, I let it go. It made no difference to the outcome, but I am curious. _________________ I am ugly, and Mom dresses me funny. |

I am not sure what the issue is.
The shooting reaction available to that unit was to recall, evade if charged - which it chose to do. The shooting reaction is not: complete rallying.
Don't see the need for a waver in that situation, but I may be misunderstanding the question.
