i could not find the answer to this question despite significant looking, but if it has been previously answered i apologize. in those list books that don't specify a maximum number of elements per body what is the max for reg and irreg bodies

This isn't covered in the lists cuz it's a straight up rule.

12E is max body size (I don't have the rules in front of me to quote you chapter and verse).
