Assume a heavy chariot with an element of LI behind it attempts to breakthrough a four deep unit of MI. There is enough movement for the leading edge of the chariot to contact the back edge of the MI but the LI does not have enough movement to contact the rear edge of the MI.
1) What happens in this case?
2) What happens when a unit fails to burst through but fails? |

If the LI interpenetrates ("gets into") the MI, it does not have to get all the way through. The body is inserted immediately beyond, see 6.35, second para, second sentence.
