Greetings---
I have about 2 weeks to settle on a list for the Sat Game at H-Con. I am away on Vay-K and, have limited commo. Can't download Word-Docs ?? !!

Do all Reg COTs now move on 3s ??
If I search for descussion of the CC rule I get pages of hits but, can't find the rule.
Where is it??
Probably right in front of me I am certain but ....

Any application published applying the CC rule to the Byzantine "Romans" ??

Am I anywhere near correct in thinking that by now moving on 3s Kontaratoi are perhaps beginning to approach the utility of Varangians ??

By moving on 3s do EHI begin to be more troublesome (less easy to ignore in the open) to LI ??
