Are there any limitations on which units an Ally General can rally? In looking at the rule book, it states which units a CinC can rally and which units a Sub can rally, but doesn't even mention any limitations on the units an Ally can rally.

I am really interested in the answer to this.
I am planning on playing some Allied General.
Actually, I am trying to figure out whether to make
some Generals Sub or Allied.

I really did look for this. As did Derek, Jamie, and I even sucked Todd into the hunt for an answer. Everyone's knee jerk response was they could only rally units in their own command. But nowhere does it say that in the rule book. We all found it strange that the CinC and Subs were mentioned specifically, but Allys weren't.

It's not spelled out on page 19 but it is inferred on page 19.
Ally generals can only rally troops in their own command. _________________ These Rules Suck, Let's Paint! |
