I'm new to Warrior and have a question about the recently published Seleucid List of Robert Turnbull. The list shows an army with front rank HI for the pike units and Irreg C Elephants. Is it an early or late period army, as I don't see both of these allowed in either list?

I think you will find the notes to upgrade are for all periods
