At what point are close order infantry disordered for attacking units behind stakes? During follow even if no longer in/on the stakes?

If close order foot cross an obstacle (including stakes), they are disordered as a cessation cured cause...which means as long as part of their body is on/in the obstacle, they are disordered...until the end of the turn in which that is no longer the case (unless receiving a rally cured disorder).
