Situation that came up in gaming last night and want to make sure we resolved it correctly-

Elephant routs unit 1, pursuit would take them into contact with LMI unit 2 as a converted charge. Does unit 2 take the waver test from the routing unit and/or from being charged in the open as mounted?

6.167 says "a converted charge... prevents all... waver tests... from the moment contact is made until resulting combat is adjudicated next bound." So we played it as unit 2 takes the waver test from unit 1 routing but does not take the waver test from being charged in the open by mounted. Understanding being waver tests from unit 1 routing are resolved before combat results moves, and thus occur before "the moment contact is made." And since converted charges aren't declared there is no moment before contact is made for the waver test from being charged in the open by mounted to happen.
