List 16 late period Ugaritic chariot Runners can be upgrade to regular B 7pts LMI 2pts LI. Can runners be upgraded to LMI? points seem off. Rebasing army don't want to mess it up.

Hnmmm, you appear to have uncovered a bit of a problem with the list.

That's because the chariot runners are LI.

However, it could be assumed that the upgrade line includes the ability to have them be Reg B LMI.

However, yes, the points are off in that respect as well.

1E Irr B LI JLS,Sh to 1E Reg B LMI JLS,Sh would be 12 points.
1E Irr B LI B to 1E Reg B LMI B would be 10 points.

Bill or Scott would have to answer this.

When discussing with Bill, I found some other line errors in a couple of other lists, that means I'll need to do an updated BW and upload to Wargame Vault.

In the meantime, to answer your question as it specifically pertains to #16, change the Chariot Runners line in the main body of the list to:

“Chariot Runners Irr B LMI/LI JLS or B @ 9 pts if LMI, @ 6 pts if LI...0-12

In the Late Period, replace the 'Extra to upgrade Chariot Runners" line with these:

Extra to upgrade Chariot Runners to Reg @ 7 pts if LMI, @ 2 pts if LI...any

Extra to give JLS-armed Chariot Runners Sh @ 4 pts if Reg LMI, @ 3 pts if Irr LMI, @ 2 pts if LI...any
