				| Hello to all...
I make part of an Italian club of wargames, after years only DBM, I am
successful to carry Warrior on our tables.
By now it is some month that we play it, but some small doubt on the rules is
 remained.
On the rule of the Interpenetrazione between Roman legionaries:
 1) If the replacement in fighting takes place when the replaced are pushed back,
does the first contact count also for the opponents that follow-up?

2)If the replacement in fighting takes place when the replaced are pushed back,
does the tactical factors for follow-up count?

 3)A disordered body can charge?

 Thx Fabrizio

No. In the files section of this yahoo group you will find our official
clarificatiosn to the rules, which contain:

"6.523 (Pg 55) Add to end: ?When replacing in combat, the charger is considered
at first contact, but the target is not.?

<<2)If the replacement in fighting takes place when the replaced are pushed
 back,
does the tactical factors for follow-up count?>>

No, the replacer is - by definition - charging and so the charging modifiers
 would apply.

 <<3)A disordered body can charge?>>

Yes, as long as it is not in a mandatory rally situation.

				| The following items came up in the recent warrior comp down here in Oz.

 1. We had a situation where Elephants were fighting disordered LEHI
(front rank) and LMI (second rank). As per Sect 9.41. the target is
"... the type of that immediately behind if worse..."
The question arose is it possible to fight part of an element against
one rank and part against another rank. The Elephants (the animals
themselves) want to keep fighting the LEHI at factor 3 not the LMI at
factor 2- however the crew want to fight the LMI at factor 2 rather
than the LEHI at factor. We were unsure if
 (a) the target needed to be an either/or- ie pick a rank which is -on
balance- worse to fight and do it. (the - or worse- applies element by
 element)
 or
 b) the animals and the crew could -in effect- fight against different
ranks. (the -or worse- applies to individual combatants)

the next two questions relate to "Game points"

 2. if a unit chooses to adjust its list and take flamming arrows, are
the points for these lost when
 a) they are expended ie shot
 or
 b) only when the unit which bought them is lost/shaken/off table etc

 3. Do you / can you loose the points for Fortifications ?

 4. Do Lance armed camels fight
 a) a rank and a half
 or
 b) only one rank.

 Thanks in advance

 Greg P.

If worse means exactly what it says. If the LEHI factor against crew isn't
worse, then the crew fight what is worse (LMI).
This is better worded in the new rules. The player just gets to choose....makes
 it easier.

Lose? You mean as game points? No.

<<4. Do Lance armed camels fight

The rules say b). But I am also going to double check with my list gurus to be
triple sure this is what we want.
