The advantages are the extra 40p and 360 degree fire. You still cannot move
and shoot any better than any other bolt shooter.

If so, then when would one ever see a light mule cart on the table.
I thought they were only for mounting artillery.

Carts move 120p. The rule is 6.11. There is nothing to interpret.
